Green Made Easy is an add-on to an electricity plan of your choice or your current plan.1

Yes, it's easy to cancel at any time and there is no cancellation fee. Simply give us a call and we'll remove Green Made Easy from your plan. We'll process your cancellation by the next business day and you'll see the changes on your Direct Energy bill within up to 2 billing cycles.

1Qualifying Plans do not include electricity plans with renewable content greater than the statewide average for renewable content (content information is available in the plan's Electricity Facts Label).

2Your participation in the Green Made Easy program will end at the same time as your participation in the qualifying electricity plan through which you were enrolled in the Green Made Easy program ends or until your retail electric service with Direct Energy is discontinued. Enrollment in the Green Made Easy program will continue if you move from one qualifying plan to another without a discontinuation of electric service by Direct Energy. You may cancel your participation in the Green Made Easy program at any time by calling . Cancellation will be processed by the next business day and will be effective at the end of your then-current program month. Changes will be reflected on your Direct Energy bill in up to 2 billing cycles.
